RETURN POLICY
We greatly appreciate your order however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please take the time to double check that your order is correct before you complete your order. Although we inspect every piece before it is shipped to ensure the best quality possible, it is possible to received a damaged item. If you think that you have received a defective item, please feel free to contact us within 3 business days.
In addition, human errors are possible and mistakes happen. If you were sent incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work to correct the issue. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
SHIPPING
All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification through the email address you provided during your account setup, once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info. If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS First Class, and estimates a delivery time frame of 3 - 5 business days for RTS items.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders can take 5-10 days to complete.
Our standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 4:30.
