Sublimation Instructions

1. Temp at 380 (vary depending on heat press).
2. Set timer to 55-65 seconds.
3. Set pressure at medium.
4. Prepress the garment for 5 seconds.
5. Place the design face down on the garment.
6. Place a piece of copy paper between the garment so it doesn’t bleed through to the other side of the shirt.
7. The garment has to be 65% or more of polyester material. The higher the poly count the better.
8. Must be done on light colors.
9. Place a piece of copy paper (instead of Teflon cover) over the transfer so it doesn’t bleed through on your heat press and press.
10. Remove paper immediately and peel hot.

Heat Transfer Vinyl Instructions

1. Temp at 320 (vary depending on heat press).
2. Set pressure at high.
3. Prepress the garment for 5 seconds.
4. Peel off the backing and place transfer in the center of the garment.
5. Press for 12-15 seconds.
6. Hot peel gently, if transfer has issues sticking, press 2-3 more seconds.

Washing Instructions: Machine was inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on normal settings. Do not dry clean.                                                                          

Screen Print Instructions

1. Temp at 325 (vary depending on heat press).
2. Set timer to 7-10 seconds.
3. Set pressure at high.
4. Place the design face down on the garment.
5. Prepress the garment for 5 seconds
6. Place a piece of copy paper (instead of Teflon cover) over the transfer so it doesn’t bleed through on your heat press and press.
7. Remove paper immediately and slowly peel hot.

Washing Instructions:                                                                            Allow 48 hours to allow garment to completely cure before machine wash. Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low heat.

Screen Print High Heat Instructions

1. Temp at 375 (vary depending on heat press).
2. Set timer to 7-10 seconds.
3. Set pressure at high.
4. Place the design face down on the garment.
5. Place a piece of copy paper (instead of Teflon cover) over the transfer so it doesn’t bleed through on your heat press and press.
6. Remove paper immediately and slowly peel hot.
